At CFO FACTORY, we strive to deliver high-quality, value-driven training programs. However, we understand that sometimes a refund or cancellation may be necessary. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The request is made within 3 calendar days from the date of payment.

The student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

The request is submitted via email to info@cfofactory.com with proof of payment and reason for cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds in the following cases:

If the student has accessed more than 20% of the course.

If the refund request is made after 3 days of enrollment.

For recorded/downloadable courses once accessed.

If a certificate has already been issued.
3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used.

Any applicable transaction or bank fees will be deducted from the total refund.
4. Cancellation of Corporate or Customized Programs

For corporate clients or customized training solutions, a separate agreement will govern refund and cancellation terms.

5. Changes to This Policy
CFO FACTORY reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
